In order to learn this skill you need have the trait  Friend of the Wild and read either   Tome of the Squirrel or   Tome of the Squirrel

This is a lore-master specific Non-combat / cosmetic Pet, and unlike most cosmetic pets, there is a small power cost to summon the pet.
