Tactical Information

Song-brother's Call is a useful skill for the Captain to use when their Healer or another Tank is taking heavy damage and is out of defensive cooldowns. When traited, this skill can also be used to generate aggro at the beginning of a fight when Elendil's Roar is on cooldown.
