Introduction
Founded on November 24th, 2010. It was one of the oldest active kinships on the Dwarrowdelf server at the time of world closure. It is now on Gladden and mostly inactive, with several officers and members having splintered off to form their own kinship.
The Green Leaf Order was founded with certain principles in mind. First and foremost was to create a kinship whose members treated each other like real kin. Helping out whenever possible, whether it be for fellowship in battle or crafting an item needed.
General Rules of Kin Conduct:
- Treat your fellow kinsman and kinswoman with absolute respect. Do not harass or demean each other, unless it is in good humor for all parties involved. Please try to limit the amount of profanity used and sex talk/jokes in open kinship chat, we are all adults in the kinship but no one needs to be bombarded with that, we are here for the game. Obviously, if all parties are okay with the joking, proceed. If anyone asks for things to be toned down, please respect their wishes. Just use common sense. Use of kinship chat should also be respected. Please do not spam the chat with stuff like multiple song lyrics or random youtube video links. If you know of any kinmates who share your interests in these or similar topics, feel free to IM with their permission. I ask this because we have several helpful players that try to keep an eye on kinship chat for kinmates who need help, even during a raid. For them this can be very distracting, so please keep these to a minimum. Many also come here to escape from real world concerns and this tends to bring them back into it. Just think before you hit that Enter key.
- Pay it forward. In this kinship we have several generous crafters. We encourage this. If you can help fellow kin with anything from crafted items to raw materials, please do. If you can't help back at the time... wait until you can and work on leveling your crafting skills. But please while you may feel free to ask for particular items in kinship chat, don't be demanding. We will also help with questing, skirmishes and instances if anyone is available. Obviously, we all have our own things we need to do and our time can be limited, so respect each other's time and be patient if receiving help. Remember to give thanks!!! Our kinship is built around helping others, be careful not to abuse this. Lack of appreciation and demanding help is a sure sign of abuse and will not be tolerated.
- Treat others outside of kinship with as much respect as they deserve. Please no blind fellowship/kinship invites or harassing people in public chat. Always ask in a tell or IM and get an okay before inviting! We pride ourselves in being a honorable kinship. I want to keep this reputation and anyone seen blatantly violating our principles will be warned and depending on seriousness, kicked out of the kinship.
