Introduction
We are a rank 10 casual Kinship open to all races, classes and levels of players. We are family friendly with rules regarding kin chat and we have been a home for players of all ages from around the world. We maintain an active membership and encourage a broad spectrum of gameplay styles. Our main emphasis is fun. It is, after all, a game.

Recruitment
We try to keep the rules few and simple. As such, here are our expectations of all members.
1. Fill in your kin note. Open your social panel (hotkey "O"), click on the "Kinship" tab and then select note. If your current character is your only one in the kin then put "Main". If you already have a character in the kin then put "Alt of <main character's name>". This helps us to keep track of who's who as well as letting us know how many players are in the kin.
2. Watch your language. We are a family friendly kin and ask that the kin channel be kept clean. No swearing (in any language), no discussion of anything sexual, drinking or drug related, disturbing or otherwise unfit for all ages. Also since we want to all be friends at the end of the day, there is no discussion of politics or religion on the kin channel. Kin members are encouraged to partake in any discussion they want, but to do so on a private or relevant channel.
3. Be active. Characters not played in the past 2 weeks will be demoted. Those who can not be demoted further may be kicked from the kinship. Exceptions may be made in the case of alts and will be made if notice is given regarding an upcoming absence. If you know you are going to be away for a while, notify an officer and you will not lose your status in the kin.
4. Promotion and demotion. After a membership period of 7 days characters will be promoted to kinsman IF they have filled in their kin note and their behaviour has not been questionable. Officers are selected only according to need and through an internal process of existing officers, kin leader and kin heir. If you are interested in serving as an officer please send a private message to Aerlic and we will keep you in mind if/when there is a need.
Characters can be demoted or booted at the discretion of any of the officers for disregarding kin rules or for behaving in a disorderly or unbecoming manner. Generally a warning will be given via tell, and as a rule we are fairly forgiving.
