Introduction
The Black Hand is a constitutional monarchy with Goldenbeard as the leader, Arcangelo the Founder. The Kinship values kindness, fun, honesty, loyalty, friendship, and respect above all else.
Brotherhood Morals
I. Upon joining, you acknowledge the Lord of the kinship is at the head of the brotherhood, and that the form of ruling for the brotherhood is a Fair and Just constitutional monarchy. You agree that you trust the Lord's judgement, experience and plans for the kinship, and agree that you will adhere to all laws composed by the Lord. You acknowledge that he is just, kind, fair, truthful, and acknowledge that He realizes that value of the public opinion of the kinship and the value of relationships, and that His sole duty is to ensure that the environment of the Black Hand remains a safe and secure one as long as he is the One who sits on the throne. You pledge loyalty to the Black Hand and it's leader and the commands of it's leader.
II. Zero tolerance for disrespect among members or lying to members or stealing from members within the kinship is held, and the Black Hand's Lord will deal a swift punishment to those condemned and proven guilty with this. Arguments, as opposed to civilized disagreements, are not allowed within the Black Hand, and those involved will be warned by the Lord.
