The Snowreap tribe live in the Ettenmoors, specifically Arador's End. They are known for being highly resistant to cold, having migrated over from the Misty Mountains and getting enslaved. They now serve Angmar, being elite guards who exact a terminal punishment on any Freeps who pass their way.
