Description

Snár is found at the upper level of the Hall of Merchants within Thorin's Hall, just outside the Blue Stone Garrison near the waterfall. He offers repeatable quests for adventurers who are willing to travel into Sarnúr, which gives reputation with Thorin's Hall.
