Skalli is found during the Farmers Faire at the Keg-race of Thorin's Hall at Thorin's Gate, in Ered Luin. The play-ground is entered via a horse that appears every 5th minute, next to the Stable-master of Thorin's Gate. ^{[15.0S, 103.6W]}

Skalli has a very short temper (he is a dwarf after all) and throws his stuff around when he loses a wager, which he does repeatedly.

Etymology

Skalli means "bald" in Icelandic - as evident by his shiny head.
