The Shapag-hai Tribe
The Shapag-hai tribe are industrialists and pillagers, living among the Gladden Fields, making machines of war and production. Their close proximity to a shard of the White Hand's power also gives them allies and access to a mine that provides them the materials. After the Dark Lord's fall, they stopped receiving reinforcements, and they now face the dreaded attrition of desertion to the nearby Goblin-town. It is thought that they are the descendants of the Crow-feeders who caused the disaster of the Gladden Fields.
