Effect Information
This effect is applied by Imanak-tûr in the Legacy of Morgoth 6-Man Instance Nirgambâr, the Restless Tomb.
On Tier 3, upon expiration or cleansing the debuff, it deals AoE damage around the player. If the Wound is cleansed, 
Cleansing Sands is applied.
