Rift-worms can be found in the skirmish Rescue in Nûrz Ghâshu.
Their level and stats scale to match the level and tier of the skirmish. They come in several difficulty ratings, depending on the skirmish's fellowship size:
- Weak Rift-worm (Swarm)
- Hale Rift-worm (Normal)
- Hardy Rift-worm (Signature)
- Strong Rift-worm (Elite)
- Staunch Rift-worm (Elite Master)
