Reveal Weakness applies this effect to the enemy target. 
A Small Snag upgrades this effect to become A Small Snag, increasing the potency and duration.
When 
Appraising Eye is traited, A Small Snag spreads this effect to all nearby enemies if the enemy target has this effect applied on them.
The tracery Reveal Weakness Incoming Damage increases the incoming damage potency of this effect by up to 2.2%.
