Tactical Information
Rend no longer applies a mitigation debuff, as that effect was moved to Blade Wall. Rend's only use now is for its bleed effect. Rend is worth using in AoE situations, but against a single enemy, this skill is not commonly used, with Champions instead favoring more uses of Blade Wall and Raging Blade.
