Effects

Using this skill applies  Shield-brother to all members of the fellowship for 10s.

• When using  Inspire (Shield-brother), all members of the fellowship gain  Inspire (Morale) (normally only Shield-brother).
• When using  To Arms (Shield-brother), all members of the fellowship gain  To Arms (Shield-brother) (normally only Shield-brother).

Tactical Information

Reform the Lines is the Blue Captain's best fellowship heal. Not only does it provide a morale heal and HoT, but it also grants all fellows the Shield-brother effect. Inspire and To Arms are thus effectively used right after the Captain uses this skill.
