This effect is applied on Weaponmaster Mâkhragab in the 6-Man Instance Dun Shûma, The King's Fortress.
Additional Information
When applied, 
Uncommon Fortitude is temporarily removed from Weaponmaster Mâkhragab. Initiating a Fellowship Manoeuvre interrupts his induction and removes this effect.
