Rabid Stormwings can be found in the skirmish Stand at Amon Sûl.
Their level and stats scale to match the level and tier of the skirmish. They come in several difficulty ratings, depending on the skirmish's fellowship size:
- Weak Rabid Stormwing (Swarm)
- Hale Rabid Stormwing (Normal)
- Hardy Rabid Stormwing (Signature)
- Strong Rabid Stormwing (Elite)
- Staunch Rabid Stormwing (Elite Master)
- Mighty Rabid Stormwing (Nemesis)
