Quest Talk:Foreword: The Troubles of Rivendell

Many players have encountered a rare bug where, after completion of Book 3 Chapter 7 in Rivendell, Aragorn does not happen to carry this quest. If you have encountered this bug, travel to Thorenhad and you will instead be given Book 4 Chapter 2 from Elladan or Elrohir.
