Bestowal dialogue The Withered Heath is a barren, burned plain that lies between the two eastern arms of the Ered Mithrin which was once home to many great dragons. Cold-drakes emerged from the Anvil's crack, blackening the skies with their wings and the stones with their breath. Warning: This quest requires Withered Heath: Weathering the Storm to be underway. If that quest has been completed or failed, you will be unable to exit and re-enter this instance in order to complete this quest.
