Bestowal dialogue In your absence, new threats have come to the North Downs. Othwen, a defender of Esteldín, seeks the assistance of a brave hero as she works to halt the Angmarim's efforts in the north. Background Othwen requires assistance as the North Downs are once again under threat. Objective 1 Speak with Othwen Othwen can be found in Esteldín. You should speak with Othwen. Othwen: 'The foulness of Angmar has grown stronger. It slowly pours out of the gate at Ost Crithlanc and is spreading. I've seen dead birds and angered wolves. 'Recently even fouler creatures have emerged. Even the spirits resting in the barrows near Fornost have been angered by the evils of Angmar. I fear if nothing is done, Esteldín will fall.'
