Despite the quest text, when you complete the quest, you are not automatically brought to the Farmers Faire in Bywater, but instead receive a map that will allow you to travel to Bywater. This quest was introduced for the Farmers Faire 2013. With Update 27.3 this quest also includes the rewards from The Summer Festival Has Arrived! and that quest has been removed.

After accepting this quest, you can complete it to travel automatically to the town of Bywater in the Shire. Background The Farmers Faire is in Bywater for a limited time! Objective 1 Travel to Bywater Travel to the Festival Announcer in Bywater to learn more about the annual Farmers Faire!
