This quest is designed to take you from Edoras to Underharrow to begin a group of quests there. Travel south on the road out of Edoras past Upbourn to Underharrow, which is just east of the road in south Kingstead. Ellen Fremedon is standing under a tent outside the Mead Hall near the milestone in Underharrow.

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'When we are prepared, the path my people must take to Dunharrow is through the Harrowdale. I have sent several of my men through the valley already, and they work even now to ensure that a suitable camp is prepared for those who travel to Dunharrow. 'Ellen Fremedon holds Underharrow along our path, and I have already sent word to ready supplies and beds for our passing. She is not fond of me, of this I am sure, but I cannot help but make demands in such dire times. 'If you would aid her, perhaps that will assuage some of her frustration and allow us to depart sooner.' Background Éowyn seeks to ready her people to travel south to Dunharrow, but the path through the Harrowdale must be prepared before their travels can begin. Objective 1 Talk to Ellen Fremedon in Underharrow Ellen Fremedon can be found outside the Mead Hall of Underharrow in the Harrowdale. Éowyn has asked that you aid Ellen Fremedon in preparing for the people of Kingstead as they journey to Dunharrow. Ellen Fremedon: 'Ah, so Éowyn believes it enough aid to send you here...how thoughtful of her. 'As the warriors and my husband are away, if you wish to be put to work, I have no shortage of it for you.'
