By the time you've gathered 12 biting insects, you will probably be at the upper part of the dungeon. Two goblin tents can be found at the upper part. If you make you way down towards the exit, the third one can be found after reaching the small double bridge at the lower part. If the tent is not on your side, cross the other small bridge. The tent should be close by. The last tent is near the exit.
