Walkthrough & Notes

Half-orc Poachers are to the southwest of the Trapped Hunter's location. [22.3S, 58.8W] The poachers respawn rapidly at the location; after the last one falls, all 3 respawn approximately 5 seconds later. This makes it an ideal spot for suitably gear/skilled characters to complete deeds in the Orc-kind slayer chain. Also, since they are humanoid, it's also an efficient way to acquire Legendary Book Pages, if needed.

Quest Text

Bestowal Dialogue 'My am I lucky you happened by! It must have been hours since I got myself tangled up in this blasted net. Damned poachers! 'I fear whoever laid this trap will come back for me! I saw some strange looking men camped to the southeast of here. What if they return? I don't stand a chance! Oh, I never should have hunted the White Stag! Please, you must help me!' Background A hunter found the tables turned when he stumbled into a trap. Poachers will soon be returning for their prize. Objective 1 Defeat half-orc poachers (0/3) The poachers' camp can be found in the southern Wildwood. The hunter has asked for your assistance in defeating the poachers who trapped him. Objective 2 Talk to the hunter The hunter can be found in the western Wildwood. You should talk to the hunter you freed. Trapped Hunter: 'I cannot thank you enough, friend. I will make my way out of the Wildwood. No more will I trouble the beasts here.'
