Walkthrough & Notes

This quest will be cancelled if you leave the Northcotton Farm before completing it. When the fights with Legbarthil and Úmheryn start, a web comes up or a door closes to block off the fight area from the rest of the instance so you can't get back into the fight if you die and retreat. In the Úmheryn fight, you need to run away from poison clouds while healing, dealing damage, and /slapping hobbits. It may help to bind the /slap emote to a hot key. The second and third bosses are at the same location: I have not got past the 2nd boss, but I suspect there is little or no break between the two bosses.

Quest Text

Background Thadúr has recently taken over a small farm to the north-west of Oatbarton. He has used some foul type of poison to alter the local flora and fauna. You must defeat him and his minions and foil his plot to poison the Shire. Objective 1 Defeat Legbarthil Defeat Úmheryn, the vile cauldron Defeat Thadúr the Ravager Thadúr the Ravager has begun to settle into a farm near Oatbarton. He has begun preparations to release a powerful poison known as Darkthorn into the Shire's water. You must foil Thadúr's plans and defeat him and his minions.
