Quest Text

Bestowal Dialogue Background Within the dead city of Minas Morgul, a locked chamber of the Witch-king has opened. Objective 1 Enter further into Roz Dagalur, the Fiend-house Enter further into Roz Dagalur, the Fiend-house. The chambers along the room's walls begin to shift Objective 2 Defeat Bortharak, Gámgrish, Manargoth, Úghurn Gámgrish says, "I have slumbered long. Why does the master leave me here?!" Bortharak says, "I hunger for the destruction of all!" Úghurn says, "Where is my master?! What have you done with the Witch-king?!" Manargoth says, "I yearn for the Dreadfast!" Objective 3 Read the notes on the altar You inspect the book. It seems to be a journal written in Black Speech. Each page lists the names of the four gauntmen you have bested, as well as various indecipherable notes. The first four pages also reference Ivar, Thadur, Ferndur, and Drugoth, four of the gaunt-lords. There is a fifth and final page of the writing that lists the name, Gortheron. No notes have been taken on this page. You believe the Witch-king may have been attempting to create a new set of gaunt-lords to command and locked it away here. Luckily, his work seems to have gone unfinished. It is good that you were able to defeat these gaunt-men before the notes were discovered by one of Sauron's former servants.
