Snowfell and a group of Mountain Lynxes are found in the northern the Dale-lands, at an inset in the rock at the base of Erebor. [29.3N, 27.1W] Note that Snowfell is normally stealthed, unlike other lynxes in the area.

Bestowal dialogue 'Next, I suggest you track down the notorious chicken-thief, Snowfell the Lynx. She is quite the successful hunter, with many children. Unfortunately for her, Lynx furs are quite valuable, and the people of Dale would like to keep their chickens. She will be harder to find than Fenskin, but the pay is good.' Background Rékar the Huntsman has challenged you to bring down some well-known beasts in the Dale-lands. Objective 1 Defeat mountain lynxes (0/10) Defeat Snowfell Mountain Lynxes and Snowfell can be found on the slopes of Erebor. You should hunt mountain lynxes and Snowfell. Defeated mountain lynxes (10/10) Defeated Snowfell Objective 2 Talk to Rékar Rékar the Huntsman can be found in Dale. You should talk to Rékar.
