Walkthrough & Notes

Valandil is resistant to physical damage types other than Westernesse, so bring an even amount of physical DPS and tactical DPS (hunters can use oil). Dolvaethor's induction does heavy damage, so keep a champ or burg on him to interrupt him. Also keep in mind that Valandil leaves combat before hitting 0 morale, so the DPS on Dolvaethor should be slightly ahead in order to defeat them both within 10 seconds of each other.

Background Dolvaethor is deep within the tombs of Annúminas attempting to bring forth one of the ancient kings as a wight. Dolvaethor has brought Valandil back as a wight. If you are to be sure of their defeat, their demise must come in nearly the same moment. Objective 1 Engage Dolvaethor Dolvaethor is awaiting you at the ancient tomb of Haudh Valandil. Objective 2 Defeat Valandil and Dolvaethor within 10 seconds of each other Dolvaethor has brought Valandil back as a wight. If you are to be sure of their defeat, their demise must come in nearly the same moment.
