Walkthrough & Notes

This challenge quest can only be completed in The Tower of Orthanc raid at Tier II difficulty. Several times during the final battle with Saruman, Saruman will halt combat and shout, "I call the power of the rings unto me!" Five colored clouds will appear briefly, one-by-one, above his staff, in a random order. Players bearing the five rings must use their ring ability in the same order that the colors appear, corresponding to their ring colors. The ring ability must be used near the area where the ring was picked up; circles will appear on the ground denoting where these areas are. Green → Acid Red → Fire Blue → Frost Yellow → Lightning Purple → Shadow This must be done within a limited timeframe (about 10 seconds) or the challenge will fail. If the rings are activated in the wrong order, the challenge will also fail. Additionally, the challenge will fail if any player becomes incapacitated during the fight.
