Assign one healer to The Unseen Spear at all times. A Beorning is recommended due to their percentage-based morale healing skills. Minstrels are an alternative, though not optimal. Other healers should focus on The Unseen Spear as needed. The DPS team might have to reduce their damage output as the end approaches.
