'You have become a very skilled Warden, <name>, and your protection of innocents from the darkness is commendable; but is it enough? Your strength and resolve is tested every day, but this constant refinement of your ability will ensure that your skills remain at their peak.

'I have heard that the Elves of Lin Giliath, in Meluinen on the North Downs, have need of a skilled Warden. If you are willing, you would do well to speak with the Elf Andyri at Lin Giliath. She may have an opportunity for you to once more test your ability as a Warden of skill.'

Background

The ability for a Warden to withstand great peril is something that cannot be taught; it must be earned through the hardship of desperate battle.

Objective 1

Andyri is at Lin Giliath, in Meluinen on the North Downs.

You have been told that Andyri of Lin Giliath is seeking Wardens for some task of importance.

Andyri: 'You are a Warden of some skill <name>? I thought I might have heard your name in that regard.
'A party of Elves travelled into the caves of some Stone-trolls not far from here and discovered a party of Hillmen of the Trév Duvárdain seeking to cause trouble. A great battle was joined while the Stone-trolls were elsewhere, but the Elves of my company are exhausted and in no shape to continue the fight.
'If you are as skilled a Warden as rumour would have it, I ask that you travel with me to these caves and defend my Elves until they are ready to continue the fight.'

Objective 2

Andyri is at Lin Giliath, in Meluinen on the North Downs.

The Elf Andyri has asked for your help and is waiting to speak with you.

Andyri: 'Are you prepared, Warden <name>? This task may not be an easy one, for the caves are dangerous, and the Stone-trolls may return at any moment.'

Andyri is at Lin Giliath, in Meluinen on the North Downs.

You have proven a valuable ally in the darkness of the Stone-troll caves and should speak now with Andyri.

Andyri: 'The rumours were true, <name>: you are certainly a highly-skilled Warden and deserve every measure of the reputation you are earning!
'I would place the safety and well-being of my friends in your care at a moment's notice, if there was such a need.
'I thank you again, <name>.'
