This skill replaces  Merciful Strike.

Effects

This skill can only be used on enemies below 20% health.

Using this skill applies  Punishing Bleed to the enemy target.

Armour Set Interactions

• Equipping 6 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Lion armour set acquired from the Depths of Mâkhda Khorbo Raid makes Strike skills have a 15% chance to apply Punishing Strikes to the Champion, which allows this skill to be used regardless of enemy Health. When  True Heroics is used, all Strike cooldown reset the active cooldown of this skill.
• Equipping both pieces of the Insignia of the Shagâni Warrior jewellery set acquired from the Legacy of Morgoth Instance Cluster increases the damage of this skill by 3%.

Tactical Information

Punishing Blow is an extremely powerful melee skill, and should be used as much as possible. Save True Heroics for when the enemy target is under 20% health, so that this skill can be spammed for maximum damage. Watch your power consumption, though, as this skill is particularly costly.
