Tactics
These guys are found in small groups in prisons when you open them, and are so confused that they will attack you if they take notice of you. They are particularly annoying because they can give you a timed poison debuff that stuns you if you don't remove it fast enough. A lore-master's anti-stun can prevent the stun. Palefolk Prisoners are vulnerable to light damage.
