Description
Padril is an NPC on the bartering level of Telain Galadhrim in Caras Galadhon, Lothlórien. She stands near the top of the ladder to that level, in direct line of sight of anyone who has just ascended. Since there are two second levels of Telain Galadhrim, her presence is helpful in indicating immediately whether a player is on the right platform or not.
