Acquirement

A Warden can learn this skill by reading   Muster in Beorninghús from Quartermaster (Wilderfolk Rewards) for 20 Vales - Beorning Token.
You can acquire Bearning Tokens by doing daily quests for Ragnild, who is only available after Protectors of the Wilderfolk (and, therefore, the deed Quests of the Wilderfolk) is completed. It takes at least 3 days to gather enough tokens.

Usage
