All pieces of the set (except for the pocket item) drop from bosses in the Amdân Dammul, the Bloody Threshold raid instance on T3 or higher difficulty. They can also be bartered from the Amdân Dammul Quartermaster.
The pocket item can be bartered from Quartermaster (March on Gundabad) in the Elderslade.
