This skill used to become a toggle skill if you had 4 traits equipped in the Benedictions of Peace trait line.
Effect
Using this skill increased the power cost of Writ of Health by 50% when in Battle attunement and increased the cost of Writ of Cold and Writ of Fire by 50% when in Healing attunement. It granted an effect upon yourself that was also called Master of Writs.
