The Master-armourer for the Host of the West may be found in multiple locations including:

• Camp of the Host in North Ithilien ^{[39.9S, 10.7W]}
• Haerondir in the Wastes ^{[36.7S, 8.9W]}

They offer conversions, from crafted items (unbound), to multi-purpose barter items (account-bound, these can also be consumed for reputation) as well as cosmetics, jewelry, weapons, shields and armor upgrades.

Will trade items for which are multi-purpose -- used for faction reputation and bartering -- additionally requiring (kindred-level shields or one-hand weapons) , dropped occasionally from Skoironk or Towers of the Teeth fellowship resource dungeon bosses, or (upgrades) Throne of the Dread Terror armor pieces:
