Effects
The effects below apply if a skill is used on the target of the Mark of Beorn:
Grisly Cry: Grisly Cry becomes an area effect fear around the mark bearer
Piercing Roar: doubles the debuff when used on the mark bearer (-40% damage instead of -20%)
Vicious Claws: hitting the mark bearer with Vicious Claws lowers their chance to hit
