Effects
Resonance is a type 1 Anthem. It applies 
Anthem I - Resonance to the fellowship. If 
Anthem I - Compassion is already active on the fellowship, the new effect 
Anthem I - Resonance and Compassion is applied, and the duration of this combined effect is refreshed by either this skill or Greater Anthem I - Compassion.
This skill applies Personal Anthem - Resonance to the Minstrel.

Tactical Information
Resonance is one of Blue Minstrel's strongest Anthems, as it increases Outgoing Healing for themselves and the group's other healer(s). It also decreases induction time for themselves and the rest of the fellowship. This skill is commonly used to refresh Anthem I - Resonance and Compassion unless Compassion is not applied on some fellowship members. When traited, this skill makes the next Bolster Courage more effective and have no induction, so take advantage of this effect.
