Item Talk:Guide to Echad Dúnann

This seems to be no longer offered in the game from a quest (from hunter trainers), and I (So far), have only seen it bartered for mithril coins. Is the quest now offered by someone in Eregion, or a rep vendor?! I really need the skill and don't want to have to pay 50 mithril coins or so.
