- "This mark is awarded to those fighting in the Enguilan campaign, mainly for completing Encounters. This campaign consists of Battle of the Twenty-first Hall, Battle of the Deep Way and Battle of the Way of Smiths.
They can be redeemed at the Legendary Item Skirmish vendor, or redeemed for Skirmish Marks at the Skirmish Exchange vendor."

This item was a barter item that could be traded at any Skirmish Camp for a variety of items.
If stored in vault, withdraw them to a bag then at next login, they will turn into 
Medallions.
