Effect Information
This effect is applied to a Minstrel if they have invested points into Inspiring Cries and Calls when a healing skill resets the cooldown of your Cry and Call skills. While this effect is on the Minstrel, cooldowns cannot be reset again. Although it imposes a limitation on one of your abilities, it appears as a "buff", since it is self-generated.
