- The trait Follow Up in the Watcher of Resolve trait tree makes this skill grant the Reduce Induction Times effect to the minstrel upon a critical heal.
- The trait Quick Melody in the Watcher of Resolve trait tree decreases the induction time of this skill by up to -20%.
- The set bonus Snowball in the Watcher of Resolve trait tree makes this skill apply a stack of Snowball up to 7 stacks. At max stacks, Perfect Ending becomes available for use.

Inspire Fellows is Blue Minstrel's go-to AoE Heal when multiple fellowship members need healing. It is also useful to tier up Soliloquy of Spirit on allies once the relevant trait is taken.
