Effects
Using this skill grants you the ability to sneak past enemies albeit at a Stealth penalty.
This is basically a lesser version of the burglar Sneak skill. If you are a burglar, your class skill Sneak is better, so you don't need to use the Hobbit-stealth skill or trait.
