The active cooldown of this skill is reduced by 3 seconds when  Lunge is used.

Trait Interactions

• The set bonus  Resonant Song in the Shanty-caller trait tree increases the duration of Guided by the Stars by 5 seconds.
• The trait  Known by Heart in the Shanty-caller trait tree reduces the cooldown of this skill by up to 5 seconds.
• The trait  Enheartening Songs in the Shanty-caller trait tree makes this skill restore the Morale of the fellowship, and applies Fighting Melody to the fellowship. Further ranks increase the healing of this skill by up to 30%.
• The trait  Many Hands in the Rover trait tree makes this skill have up to a 100% chance to restore Power to the fellowship.

Tracery Interactions

• Star Guidance Duration increases the duration of Guided by the Stars by up to 5.5 seconds.
• Shanty Skills Healing increases the healing (and power restoration) of this skill by up to 22%.

Armour Set Interactions

Equipping 6 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Stars armour set acquired from the Depths of Mâkhda Khorbo Raid reduces the cooldown of this skill by 20 seconds and makes it apply Shielded by the Stars to the Raid. Equipping both pieces of the Insignia of the Shagâni Navigator acquired from the Legacy of Morgoth Instance Cluster increases the healing (and power restoration) of this skill by 10%, and makes it apply Shielding Shanties to the Mariner.

Tactical Information

Guided by the Stars is the one of the most powerful group healing cooldowns in the game. It should be coordinated with group leaders as to when this skill should be used. When in doubt, use this skill when the group is about to take heavy damage.
