Goblin Skirmishers can be found in the skirmish The Siege of Gondamon.
Their level and stats scale to match the level and tier of the skirmish. They come in several difficulty ratings, depending on the skirmish's fellowship size:
- Weak Goblin Skirmisher (Swarm)
- Hale Goblin Skirmisher (Normal)
- Hardy Goblin Skirmisher (Signature)
- Strong Goblin Skirmisher (Elite)
- Staunch Goblin Skirmisher (Elite Master)
