When  Fire Shield is traited, this effect has a 25% chance to be applied by the following skills:

•  Burning Embers
•  Wizard's Fire
•  Sticky Gourd
•  Cracked Earth
• Burning Gale (empowered version of  Gust of Wind)

This effect can not be refreshed, and can only be re-applied 5 seconds after expiration.
