Description

Fingwen is found within the Court of Celeborn, along the southern wall behind the Provisioner and Healer. She serves as the Barber for Caras Galadhon and for those who have pledged themselves to the Court of Lothlórien.

Barbers are located in major settlements, allowing characters to change various aspects of their appearance, including hair style, facial hair, hair colour, eye colour, skin colour, the shape of the face, and facial details such as scars, wrinkles, and freckles.
