Description
Drugât is the leader of the Ruthless Dead -- the faction of the Dead Men of the Paths of the Dead who rejected Aragorn's offer of freedom and continue to serve Sauron, hoping that he will break their curse. Drugât and his host are travelling east towards Mordor and have made a stop in the Ringló Vale.
