In desperate situations, a Warden is capable of striking at many opponents before them.

When activated, this skill will turn into Desperate Spear, Desperate Shield or Desperate Fist, depending on the type of gambit you last used.

This skill will consume all of your Advanced Technique, giving you an additional use of Desperate Spear, Shield or Fist for each Advanced Technique consumed.

Tactical Information

Using this skill unlocks one use of Desperate Fist, Desperate Shield, or Desperate Spear. The available skill changes depending on the last gambit used; for example, using a shield gambit yields Desperate Shield. Each point of Advanced Technique consumed grants an additional use up to a maximum of four uses at Advanced Technique III. When Desperate Combat reaches its cooldown, all remaining uses of Desperate Fist, Shield, and Spear will expire.

Interactions

• The trait set bonus Proactive Defence will cause this skill to activate an incoming damage buff on the user when consuming a full stack of Advanced Technique.
• The trait Fellowship Protector will cause this skill to activate an incoming damage buff on fellowship members, Fellowship Protector - Advanced Defence, when consuming a full stack of Advanced Technique.
